England on top after day 1 of the 2nd test

Anderson is the pick of the bowlers for England.
          England on top on day 1 of the 2nd test of Ashes series 2010.They started of very well.Katich runout for a duck without facing a ball.Ponting followed Katich after getting out in his very first ball edging to Swann of Anderson.Things became worse for Australia when Clarke got out for just 2 runs.Australia lost 3 wickets for just 2 runs.

         Then Hussey and Watson steadied the ship.They had 94 runs partnership for the 4th wicket.Then Watson got out for 51 runs.Hussey and North had 60 runs parnership and Hussey and Haddin had 51 runs partnership.Hussey missed his 13th test century.Swann picked 2 consecutive wickets(Hussey and Harris).
         Australia were allout for 245 runs.Anderson picked 4 wickets,Swann 2 and Broad, FInn got one wicket each.Hussey is the high scorer for Australia scoring 93 runs.Haddin and Watson scored 56 and 51 runs respectively.
         England were 1 for no loss at the end of the day.They has a real chance to get a huge lead and put the Aussies under pressure.But Aussies will come tough on 2nd day.It will be exciting..
