Australia won by 9 wickets.
This match had not so much of potential to become one sided in the beginning, the way it turned to be. Bangladesh made 229 runs for the loss of 7 wickets which was not enough to win against Australia but a respectable total to defend by all means. Australia in response lost an early wicket but then Shane Watson started to build an innings which went beyond imaginations. He made 185 runs with the help of 15 sixes which is a record. For Bangladesh it was a humiliating match as they lost the series and let the Australia to complete chase with in 29 overs and 9 wickets to spare. Bangladesh fans must be annoyed as it is not the first time that they have lost in such a manner.
