I will definitely remember this match for a long time. Just to get a Test match is unbelievable, but a win just tops it up. I couldn't sleep the night before the first day. I still look out to Siddle and Johnson for support. I'm still speechless. Patrick Cummins is the Man of the Match for his bowling effort on debut. What a Test match it has been. What an exhibition for Test cricket, sadly it was played out in front of an empty stadium. Like any other match involving these two giants, the fortunes oscillated for the entire period of five days. South Africa batted well at the start, but were bowled out for 266. Australia started out with a commanding first wicket stand between Watson and Hughes, but once again collapsed with just 30 runs in front. South Africa turned in an amazing batting performance in the second essay with Amla getting a second consecutive Test century. Set a target of 310, nobody expected Australia's brittle batting lineup to score them, especially in overcast conditions assisting the home team's pacemen.
